Dell 2407WFP-HC settings

I am having some trouble getting a decent colour out of this monitor, i have it next to a non HC and to be honest the HC looks washed out in comparison.
Could someone please tell me what settings they are using with the HC monitor, on its on screen display. Thanks.

You can use those as a basic, but for best results for your screen; buy an hardware calibrator.
