What are some inputs on the monitor? I heard great reviews for the a Wide Screen and price I hear its one of the best. My only concern I have with this monitor is the High Response seconds. If I am not wrong, I believe its at 16ms. Would that creat ghosting.

It's usually faster than 16ms. It's said Dell used that number in stats because they wanted to cover themselves when they would sometimes use slower panels in the 2007WFP. The Phillips panel used is actually 8 ms as I remember (the Phillips site listed that). It has no component hook-up. It's a good monitor if you get one that is built with good componenets.

As you will see on this large Behardware monitor review for 20" panels, the Dell S-IPS 2007wfp is better than the TN panels that are quoted at even 4ms and 5ms. The specification for response is not the whole story. Response time varies across the color spectrum, GtG or ISO alone does not give you what really happens.

The Dell is a very nice monitor for the price if you get S-IPS, which it seems is all they ship these days.

Dell doesn't make LCD panels. They get them from manufacturers such as LG and Phillips.
