got my new 2005FPW on friday and all has been great untill the sarvo, now without warning my LCD turns off, turns on, display flashes, some dell screen comes up saying its an ultrasharp LCD, then it turns off and repeasts this cycle repeatedly. Sometimes it will come up with a page that says its gone into power saving mode and to move your mouse/hit a key, after doing this the same loop as mentioned above is the result. Im using the panel in the DVI-D input i have also tried the D-SUB input and i get the same result. I have the USB cable attached any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance Northy

I was getting that dell creeen, found my ac connection was loose. check connection at
AC source and where it plugs into the dell. Also, remove the usb cable until the dell
screen problem is resolved. If no help, I would say defective monitor.

i got in contact with dell and they are sending a new panel should arrive today, i think the issue was heat releated, cause when i turned on my A/C the problem went away.
