Dell 1702FP - No picture

A client recently came in with, among other things, a Dell UltraSharp 1702FP that didn't display anything. The lights reacted as if it were on, Windows picks it up (as a secondary monitor I could even change the res and settings on it) but it doesn't display anything. No light, not picture, nothing. When he came to pick all his stuff up, I told him I had no luck on the monitor and he just gave it to me in case I needed spare parts or something...so now I have this monitor and I can do riskier things to it.

I took it apart to the very last screw, the panels in good shape, none of the cathodes look even close to being blown, everything looks to be in tip top shape...but no picture. My first thought is that the cathodes were blown but like I said, everything looked perfect, all 8 caths were in good shape, all the connections were right...but...yeah.

Any ideas, suggestions, or help?
