Two fold question:
1-Does anyone know what gains in overclocking are seen by delidding a 4690k? It is currently watercooled.
2-What does everyone recommend for paste on a delid? It's been years since I messed with it, is Conductonaut still the go-to or is there better?
 
1.) It will depend on your specific silicon and what's currently limiting your overclock. If you're bouncing off your temperature ceiling then you can expect the delid to help, but if you're just at the max clock your chip will handle at any voltage, a delid won't get you any more headroom.

2.) Conductonaut is still out there and well regarded from I've read. There's also CoolLabs Liquid Ultra, which is what I've used.
