I'll have a 9700k, 32GB of RGB DDR4 (3200, but at least 3000) and a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra motherboard available in the next week or so. I also have a Titan Ridge thunderbolt 3 add in card as well. Hit me up via PM if you're interested, I'm in Kansas, 66213.
