Any of these should do it for you. It may be cheaper (and more flexible), however, to put together a p3 with the drive in it, and run Linux.

But if you're looking for ease of use, these are it.
 
The links posted are exactly what you asked for. If you don't want to spend that much money I'd look at building a pc for use as a file server. Once you've installed the OS and gotten it on your network you don't need a moniter or keyboard\mouse connected.You can use remote desktop to access it if you install win xp pro.
