Delayed Write Failed

ok, here's the drill. My RAID took a shit about six months ago, I saved the data I could to an 80GB HD and left the four 20GB unplugged and sitting for months. I've had the urge to fix it recently. Reformatted the RAID... now I'm getting a "Delayed Write Failed" error when I access the RAID. I'm not sure if it's the RAID or the stand alone drive giving it to me, because all it tells me is "file \Device\HarddiskVolume2\" and I've no clue which that is, or how to go about fixing it. I've updated drivers and firmware, and I'm not certain how to tell what else might be wrong or how to fix it...

I'm also getting "Cannot delete <filename>: Error performing inpage operation" or sometimes I get "cannot delete, folder not empty". There's an error I haven't seen since DOS...

Thanks for the link. I'd already heard about the issue they were talking about, but not how to fix it. Sadly, the fix they recommend is already done on my server, and it still has the problem. They're also talking about XP and USB, neither of which I'm using, though I am using an ATI card...
