Hi guys. I need some help. I have a file server and I am trying to rip a new DVD to one of it's drives, and for some reason I keep getting a "Delayed Write Error" to disc message. Is that hard drive fried?

Can someone please recommend a program that I can use to scan that drive to see if there is anything wrong with it remotely from my desktop PC?

I have a wireless network but this particular exchange is through wired cat 5 cable.I only rip via wired not wireless which is only for my laptop.

*EDIT* Just ran the Seagate Diag program and all the physical tests passed except for the file structure! I am running chkdsk right now but it took 30 minutes just to get to one percent. Can you guys recommend a program that will fix these kind of errors. Like something made by norton or something? I would really appreciate it, thanks.
