Defrag in RAID 1? Good bad?

I have 2x 160GB in RAID 1 and was wondering if it is ok to defrag my computer, it says it needs it.

Will it defrag both disks?
 
Indeed. Having file ocntinuity is always a benefit, even for RAID, regardless of level. Fewer seeks and more linear transfers always equal more performance.

Windows treats your RAID array as a logical disk. Your RAID BIOS handles the actual location of the data on the disks, but it will put the files where Windows tells it to :)
