Defective Real One player??

When i try and watch some videos off of www.comedycentral.com with my brand new , downloaded Real One Player, the images do not keep pace with the sound of the video, and I only get 1 frame for every like 15-20 seconds. It makes no sense.

Is it just my comp or what?

oops, forgot to say that this only happens when I try and watch streamed video. and it isn't just comedycentrals website either.

and I know that my internet is not suspect because I have un-interrupted cable.

Well, I don't have much to contribute. I haven't used Real Player in years, and I don't plan on ever using it. But maybe you could try with an alternaternative such as http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/1054136293/1 to play the stuff.

that is weird
Is there a setting for max connection speed or something like that?

It wierd becuase the website required Real One and it seems that it isn't compatible
