Default Audio/Media player help

I recently downloaded ITunes and it made it my "Default player" for audio files and such, I hate this because when and if I update my other players such as windows media or realplayer it makes them the default player, any way besides redownloading winamp to make that my default player?
This is problem a dumb question but it's happened to me on to many occassions...also ITunes seemed to autoconfigure my files to this:

Soilwork is one of my top favorite along with In Flames, their new album is amazing.
