good deal if u dont mind rebates. Bought one of these for my friends X99 build and it was easy to install and works great for a mid tier cooler.
 
This is a decent deal, I got one the last time they were on sale. This kit includes mounting hardware for an additional fan as well which is nice.
 
It's a solid deal. I use the slightly smaller S40 on a pair of Xeon 5660 socket 1366 cpus in my server at home and they never get more than about 50 degrees C under 100% load.
