I'm looking into quieting down my system and obviously I first turn to replacing those noisy POS fans. I see Panaflos have readings of low, medium, and high... despite the fact they r panaflos are the highs or even mediums even audible? I"m looking to have a 80mm intake, 120mm outtake and 92mm on HSF all panaflos. I want the system to be near silent but I want good cooling since I overclock.

Go with mediums if you want a good mix of cfm and dB.
I actually just put a Panaflo 80mm high speed in and it kicks ass for an 80mm. I can't hear it over my CPU fan currently.
Tomorrow that won't be the case though once I get my watercooler on there :D
In any event, I'd say mediums offer a really good cfm rating for someone who wants a really quiet system.
The 120mm Panaflo medium I have for my radiator does about 88-89 cfm for 34-35dB

I use 4 high flow 80mms in mine. I can tell my computer is on, but its pretty silent. I can throw on a pair of headphones with now music and not even hear my computer and its sitting right next to me.

The mediums should prolly be what you might be looking more for... as you are going for a little quieter. The bearings in these things are just superb.

if you like lights, the coolermaster rifle bearing LED fans are pretty awesome as well

if you like lights, aerocool LED fans are very nice, I swapped out all my cooler masters for aerocools because they had higher CFM
