Decisions... Decisions... what cooling?

Hey,
I'm looking to get an aftermarket cooler because I think the one that came with my Athlon 64 3200+ is dying (40c idle, 55c at 50% cpu for about an hour... when I got it it was 30c idle and max 45c load). So I'm looking for something that will fit the stock mounting brackets on my motherboard, because taking everything out of my case to put a new fan on sounds far too time consuming. Also, my "budget" is for something $50 or less.

Thanks in advance :)

i recommand any zalman cpu fan, from 7700cu, 9500cu.....

The Zalmans require you remove the mobo and stock hardware.

I recommend the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64. It's fairly large but it cools well at its price point. Easy install.
