Deciding on a case to mod

I need some help with deciding on what kinda case to mod. I need a cheap aluminum
mid-tower case with ither an already cut window on the side or without one. i was thinking of the collermaster Praetorian though its pricy i like the idea of the 2 grilled fans in front. and the removable mo-bo tray.

but the case is like $112 bucks, and my dremel died for now so cutting the case will be hard to do until i buy a new 1. I heard skyhawk cases are cheap aluminums worth modding. any suggestions would be greatly appretiated :D
 
yah i saw a chieftech/chenming case for 60 on xoxide.com thats not bad, but i just realized i have to buy a new psu kuz my other 1 is only 300w and is as loud as a dust buster :) im assuming thats only kuz its old... like 4 years old or somethin... but yah any other suggestions.. also what kinda psu should i get ethermax is supposto be like 1 of the most relyable but im kinda pressed for cash right now
