Deciding between motherboards

I am about to start building a rig using an existing 3800X2 core. I am trying to decide between an asus and the MSI diamond+. I am going to be going to SLI in a couple of weeks and have planned on using a OCZ power supply.

Any advice on choosing between these two boards? I want to OC the thing so I also need some input on a case with good flow.

any tips?
 
i have the asus 590sli board, nice board, good OC. Only prob i have is the placement of the northbridge, it is right under the back of the the 2nd pcie slot, so it looks like i cant do much with performance cooling, not sure of the placement of the NB on the msi.
 
My 3800x2 is socket 939..
The two I am trying to decide between are the:

My 3800x2 is socket 939
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe

and the

MSI K8N Diamond Plus

I have heard about cooling issues with Asus.. I can see a well vented case is gonna be needed eitehr way.
