Deciding between a few lcd's

So at the moment I'm sitting on a 15inch HP Pavilion mx70 CRT for ages :p It's definitely time for an upgrade and I really want something noticeably bigger and better resolution. I mainly game but watch movies a ton more. 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 are both fine to me..My price range range is around 200-300.

I've seen these few but please recommend me more if there is a better deal.

(Seems perfect for the specs I was asking and price is tempting as well)

2) Hanns-g 24.6inch

(Mixed reviews, ports arent much a problem but i'm concerned about the quality of the monitor here interms of color..etc)

I like the 24inch lcd's but looking at some of the 25.5inchers make me cringe for one, so my other question is really if there is a noticeable difference from a 24inch to a 25.5 or even a 24-24.6? Thanks.
