Decent Paint Job

I recently painted my case , it came out all right, for prep i sanded it down, then just layed a couple of spray paint coats on it. at the end of the process i was happy with it being my first mod/paintjob. but now ive been so called "Bitten by the (Mod)Bug" i put a window on the side panel, modded my dvd drive so you could see the disc spinning up, i just ordered some cathodes and round cables. now looking at the paint job..., it isnt cutting it for me. My cas is an Antec sx1030 case( looks like the old alienware ones). i realy dont want to go out and spend the money for a completely new case, does any one have any advice or tip to get my case looking tip top? im also looking to put this psu in there http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/psu-94.html, (i have a 400w) would 500watt burn my components out?
thanks for the help!

Have it chromed.

Then put large gold-plated feet on it.

BLING!

On more real terms, if you like the color, finish it off with about 4 stages of clearcoat and buffing. It will make the paint job look VERY thick and shiny...possibly even better than what's on most vehicles.

:EDIT: a 500w PS wouldn't burn anything out (unless it's a cheap 500w that blows and takes out components with it *cough*Allied*cough*). The higher the wattage the PS is, the more power hungry components it will be able to handle without a problem. It won't "force" more power through your stuff.

more watts means more power can be supplied to your system with no intention of burning it out unless the powersupply is a POS...

can you give us better specs?

and since you have the intention of modding, providing pics of your case or whatever else you want to change, would REALLY help
