All I want to do is bind F10 to type my email address... What is the best program for this...
 
I use AutoHotKey to create macros when I want to autofill boxes on command.

They have a few guides that can help you quickly make a simple macro that will do what you want.

I know that my suggestion doesn't vind his email address to a key. I guess he plans on inputting his email address on a lot of forms/documents often.
