Decent digital camera?

I need a new digital camera. Price range from 80-100 bucks. I know it isnt much but that camera doesnt have to be the best.

I need it for outdoor, Atv riding, bike riding action pics.

Well... I would say for *decent* camera shoot for at least 130$

That's what I got mine for. And also get it off the net! That's the cheapest way. Check all the different places:

Outpost.com
bestbuy.com
cnet.com <-- reviews!

and anything else!

Agreed. Nothing in your price range will give you decent action shots. Every camera in the price range I have used has rather long shutter delay.
 
You might try Ebay to see if they have something. you can barely get a decent webCam for that.
