Decent app for capturing sound, realtime mp3 conversion?

Apologies if this has been covered before. Searching seems to be disabled.

What are some decent programs that capture your sound output and encode them into mp3s in real-time?
 
The only software I know of that does "real time MP3 encoding" is Audiograbber.
