Hey guys. My fiance has been bugging me to get some speakers for my computer so she can listen to music while doing things around the apartment. I have my headset for gaming and whatnot, so I just need something decent for music. Price wise, I would like to keep it as cheap as possible. What do you guys recommend?
 
would you consider a real stereo setup that happens to connect to the computer, you know since you want to listen to it while doing things around the apartment?
 
I say your best 2.1 option for around $100 is the Swan M10. Anything better will will cost more as it will require a receiver with a sub output, so you can't do much better unless you go "second-hand".

It's a small one-bedroom apartment (woot for DC area prices), so I don't think we need anything like that just yet.
