Dead SSD? (OCZ Agility 4)

I've been using an OCZ Agility 4 120GB SSD as a Windows 10 boot drive for awhile now. Today I was on the computer, reading wiki when all of a sudden the computer spontaneously rebooted to Windows 8.1 (stored on another drive on the same system). Windows 8.1 couldn't see the drive with 10 on it, so I went to BIOS to find it could not see the drive either. I removed it from the machine (it was warm to the touch, which seemed odd for an SSD) and tried it in an enclosure. It looks like the drive isn't powering up anymore. It's not recognized by any system and doesn't appear to be drawing any power (though I won't know that for sure until I can take it into work and test it). The drive was just for testing W10 on this box so it didn't have anything of critical importance on it.

I've never witnessed an SSD fail before. Is this how it usually goes down? Anything I can try that might rouse the drive back to life? (Is there a "freezer trick" equivalent for SSDs?)
 
when an SSD dies it normally just instantly stops working without any warning.
 
yeah sudden death is a con of ssd's, but I cant say I am surprised as OCZ drives seems worst for failure rates.
