Dead Pixels

If you purchase a LCD and find that it has dead pixels is there anything to do about it or are you SOL?

depands where *retail is better for that...* and how many, i had 10 green ones on my Acer 22" so i when back to the store and changed it to a samsung 225BW so i have to pay 15%..
