Depends on the seller. Ebay doesn't charge tax themselves, the Seller does. So as long as Newegg doesn't charge you tax. Then you should be fine.
 
I got this card recently at roughly the same price after rebates. Loving it so far.

Yeah, but rewards are capped at $100 PER transaction. This would return you $50, so all good :)

Where is the Auros version only $20 more. I see ~$720 on their site.
