I heard a slight buzzing today which sounded like a wire getting nicked by a fan(I've just rebuilt my computer). I reached in to adjust a wire and poked my Arctic Cooling 3 case fan and now it's loose and won't work. My guess is that it's permanently dead, but does anyone know how I could fix it?

Buying computer parts is pretty inconvenient here so I'd rather just spend a little time to fix it if possible.
