Dead Card, need new replacement

I have a 7800 GT that is dead, and i need a new card. I'm running Vista, with 2 gigs of ram and a 3800 dual core. I am stuck between a 1950 Pro, or XT(but i heard they have heat issues) or a 8600 GTS. Price range is around $200-220 max. Any reccomendations, I am leaning towards the ATI, but am nor sure which would be the best performance/price overall. This card will prob only last me until sometime next spring when I do a complete overhaul. Thanks
