Recently my computer was having a problem where it would reboot before it could do anything such as load windows or linux. It would make an aweful noise and reboot. I removed the RAM, all the hard drives and other devices leaving only the processor and the Video card. I figured the processor was dying but then realized that probably wasnt the cause. Now the computer wont boot at all, it turns on for a split second and then goes off so i took out the PSU and 3 of the pins on the ATX connection are burned. Swapped out PSU and put in a new one, that one also turns on for a second then off. I have a feeling the burn marks on the ATX connection -> damage on the ATX connection on the mobo. Anyone have any input on this situation?

Burn marks aren't usually a good thing unless you are into Scarification. I don't know what to tell you. Sorry. :(
