So here i am, i just re-wired my system ..moved a couple of fans around. minding my own business when i tested my sound connection....my sound card is rigged to an external stereo amplifier through a y-adapter..anyways my amp works fine one minute and about a minute after the test (when no audio was being piped into it )... i heard i click from the inside of the amp and the power light slowly fickered very dimly and cut out and now i cant turn it back on .....im thinking it's a fuse but the amp is very old, maybe 20 years..it a poineer a-717 117watt i belive ..............does anyone know what the problem might be?
