No, not really. All ddr5 has internal ECC, but that doesn't protect data on the bus, and I don't think there's a reporting mechanism either (but maybe it just hasn't been written about well), so you won't know if your ram is having a lot of corrected errors, which is usually a good time to swap out for ram that's working.
