DDR3-1600 Memory Timings

Proposed system...
Power Supply: Corsair CMPSU-850HX 850W
Motherboard: Asus P6X58D-E
CPU: Intel i7 930
Heatsink: Noctua NH-D14
Memory: 3x2GB DDR3-1600 ???

I'm building a core i7 system and am having trouble choosing a DDR3 triple channel kit. I'm hoping to overclock to 4.0 - 4.2GHz, so should I be going for DDR3-1600 and is the extra ~$70 worth it for CL7 over CL8?

I'm considering the following Corsair kits...

Are there any other modules you'd recommend, keeping in mind the height of the RAM heatspreaders because I will be using a Noctua NH-D14 CPU heatsink (e.g. G.Skill PI seem to be popular but are too high, and Corsair Dominator seem to be the same as the ones I'm considering but with extra heatsinks which would need to be removed anyway).

Nice... 2000 at 1.6v with pretty decent timings.

Yeah, I would grab those over either of those 1600 kits any day.

And, yeah, if you do run it at or close to 2000, it will have a lot higher throughput than running with tigher timings at 1600.
