DDR2 533 vs 667

Hi all,

New to this board.

I m think upgrading to Pentium D 820 with Geil DDR2 533.

I like to know is there any big performace different between the DDR2 533 and 667.

Thanks for all help.
 
Speed....I own the GEIL DDR2-533 and i like it, does what its supposed to do i guess. 533/2=266 and 667/2=333 so, if youre not doing any overclocking 533 is fine because the FSB is only 800 in the first place so a divider will be used.

I found a review of PD 820 with both 533 and 667 benched. There is not much different.
