Hi , im currently running my geil ram at 450mhz with 3-3-3-8 timings... if i set it to 333 in my bios with the overclock it comes up to about 375. And at that speed i can get about 2.5-3-3-7. Should i keep the speed or go with lower timings? Thanks for any input.

Why don't you do some tests and see which one is better? However, just looking at it you gain a lot by hardly adjusting any timings at all so I would probably keep the DDR450.
