Well, I-Ram and DDRDrive are the two that i know of.
I-Ram is a PCI while DDRDrive is a PCIe 1x
they seem like good pagefile solutions for people who like to alt+tab,
there pretty much is not a single person out there who can alt+tab in and out of hl2 is less than 3 seconds (for most its more like 10)
it seems to me that that a drive that can hit the top of the I/O limit will be perfect for this.
