Can it go into any DDR slot?

if I get MSI Neo2 Platinium Nforce3 AGP version with thermalright XP120 2 DDR sticks plus the DDR booster, will all this fit, thanks!!
 
I had that board w/ the booster, but not w/ the XP120 in it. Stick it in slot # 4.
 
thermalright xp90 + panaflow L1A, M1A, or H1A depending on your noise preference

I was reading that the DDR booster doesn't work in most NF4 boards (compatibility list on OCZ website). Why not?
 
He's using an NF3 board. Dunno, about the nf4 boards.

*The DFI NF4 boards already get up there to around 4.0v w/ a POT PSU i believe anyways, so no real nead for it.
