can a regular dd chipset block fit on an asus a8n-sli? will it just block the one pci-e or will it just not fit?

I imagine it will fit. The way they do the mounting on it, you get some leeway on where the holes in the mobo can be. They make one that will work with SLI on that mobo that isn't any more expensive.

i already have the block tho, thats why i was asking
I'm thinking you can use it. Maybe not with two cards, but I bet you can use it with one.
