I have a stack of old ZIP disks that I plan on selling at an upcoming computer show, and I want to completly wipe them (for obvious privacy reasons). Is there any (free) utility similar to DBAN that I can use for ZIP disks?

all DBan does is overwrite the data with multiple patterns, and then zero the drive
so there isnt any reason you couldnt do the same thing by copying data you dont care about over whatever it is your planning on securing

it would also provide you with the opportunity to run comparitive checksums of the data (fsum) to verify the media is good
