OK. I want the absolutely coolest running power supply in the 500-700 watt, $100-150 range.

I was going to go with the Gamestream 700, and I know about the ripple, but if I go with a single X1900XT and a dual core AM2 (possibly wait until 65nm comes out), I was hoping that if I went with that power supply it wouldn't venture into the ripple-zone, which I believe was when the PS was ran at its limit. I had the 600watt Gamestream and that sucker ran cool.

I want the coolest running PS because it sits right next to my radiator, and actually heats up the water in the rad.

I don't know if I want to go modular, but I'm leaning against it. If you post over at OverClockersForums, no need to repost here for an answer. Thanks.
