I know its a junk NIC however I need it to work on Windows 2003 but I cant find any drivers for it. I have tried the XP, XP SP1, and 2000 drivers I have found but none work.

They installed but I couldnt get an IP, then when I rebooted server wouldnt come back up. Gonna play with it for a minute see if I can get it back runnin

Removed that and my system is ok now... Still need drivers though, I think I might just borrow a NIC from work

This thing is junk stay away if you are wanting to use Windows 2003. I am going to borrow a NIC from work.
