I have a Alienware notebook that I THINK has a bad GPU. There is no display, even on external.
I think that the daughter card is the main card right? So would that be the same as the Master card? And it should be able to run with just the daughter card, but not just the parent card in the parent slot right?
It is a Go7950GTX card...and they seem pretty pricey. I want to get a replacement, but don't really want to take a risk on an expensive part.
Anything else I can try? And am I right about how the cards work?
