Are there any programs that you guys know about that acutaly work well, in recovering data off a cd-r.

I am currently lookin and have found a few but have little experiance with data recovery i am looking for a second opinion.

back in the day, when I was a young n00b and didnt know any better, I used to use Roxio DirectCD, and was able to recover data with the Roxio Platinum EasyCD Creator 5's built in recovery utility

I no longer employ any Roxio products, and other than that havent needed to recover data off CD
 
i know its kinda a rare question, but i mannaged to find a few free trial versons that im going to try out.

ill let you all know what i find
 
strange as this might seem I actually own this program :rolleyes:

Ive just never used it for CD recovery and forgot it did it :p
Its great for HDDs
