I got an annoying virus that downloads trojans like there's no tomorrow, and I know exactly where it is, but something's up because AVG can't do anything, Unlocker and DrDelete can't either, and even Knoppix can't delete it. So I'm going to reformat and start fresh.

However, there's quite a but I would like to save, about 150gb worth. What is a reliable way to copy the data to my storage drive? Something to copy it, then verify it copied correctly.

A search here brought up Xcopy and Robocopy, but Microsoft says Xcopy doesn't support data verification and I'm not sure about Robocopy. What are my options? I can still boot into normal Windows if I need to install anything.

robocopy works well.
You could also create md5 digests for the original data and verify it afterwards:
google: md5deep
