Data Base error when reporting posts?

Anyone else getting a database error when trying to report posts?
 
I could reproduce the error. I cleaned up some things and it seems to be working fine now.
 
Just tried to report a post and I got a database error, it happened in the pc gaming forum.
 
We are pretty sure that loaded web servers are causing the issue. We just bought another web server for HardForum, so hopefully we will see the issue going away soon.
 
Same thing happened on one of my threads a little bit ago. Thread was also locked without any comment by mod -- not sure if that is related...
 
This just happened to me in the PC Gaming forum.

Edit: Is it even worth noting that this is still happening, or is it a "known issue" at this point?
 
Yep, known issue, should be fixed next week.
 
Just wondering if this is fixed, I still get a database error everytime I try to report a post.
