Darkfall: Anyone playing it?

I played it a couple months ago. They released a huge patch changing a lot of stuff around that time. You should read into it on their site.

The game is actually my favorite game of all time 
i know that may seem surprising to most, but its definitely different from all MMOs currently out there, and in the freshest, most interesting ways.
i don't wanna go off about why darkfall is so great, granted, there are problems as most MMOs have, but their team is working on fixing the game and release patches that take it in the right direction or at least try to.
but to answer your question, the game is way different than it was 6 months ago. far, far improved with way less issues, more noobie friendly, and less grind.
you just have to play the game smart and be resourceful. it won't hold your hand and your success really depends on you and your approach to the game.

Any way to get a free trial?
I remember being excited about this game before it launch, then it seemed to turn out to be crap.

Shows that they want to do a free trial around feb 25th. Dunno how valid that info is though.

As for the OP: Its the only good mmorpg out right now in my opinion. Full loot, nonstop pvp. Clan based warfare and politics. FPS type controls. Win in my book.
really wouldn't concern any new players that much so I rather not get into it because I'm not sure I still have the links and stuff with that info.
