Hmmm. Well, I just placed an order from FrozenCPU yesterday, and got it today (I'm 200 miles away). Ordered a couple of DD fillports. One's okay, the threads look beaten, but it functions. The other one has no hex cap. I had a small recollection of people having some DD issues lately with random blocks.

When I started ordering from them in 2001-02, I never had problems. It seems things have started to slip. Any other opinions?
 
From the amount of complaints I've been reading it seems as if their quality is slipping for sure. Perhaps they focused too much on the mass markets and getting thier products out at large retailers.
 
Jeffy from Frozen is sending a new fillport.

Dennis from DD personally IM'd me and offered replacements on both parts. If that's not customer service, I don't know what the hell is.

When I do business with a company, I want it to be because they make a good product, or sell a good product and back it up, with integrity.
