Instead of having the usual tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS arrangement they have tCL-tRCD-tRAS-tRP. So, I've been running my ram at 2.5-3-6-3 for a week. lol.

I was wondering why I was at 79ns latentcy on everest.
 
When I got into the bios, I just read the acronyms and away I went!

I should see if I can beat my RDRAM's latency of 164ns using DDR on an A64. Cas 3-6-6 should do it with a 1:2 divider, yeah?

don't forget the cpu multiplier! everyone should know how much of an effect cpu speed has on ram latency :D
