I ordered my Samsung 710T on the 5th and was expecting my order to be shipped to me today, at least thats what the email said. So, I wake up and check my e-mail this morning to have Dell telling me they have an "unexpected delay" and they wont be able to ship my monitor until the 19th. I'm pissed, this is bs. Just thought I'd share my first (and probably last) experiences with dell, at least I got a decent price ($442 shipped).
 
I ordered on the 9th and they have given me the same ship date. I got a good deal though and thats important.
 
Well as long as you are happy with the monitor in the long run an extra ten days won't hurt anyone. :)
 
As much as Dell is not on my "A" list, companies do run out of stuff, crap happens. Be paitent..I promise you will live :D

Wytchocolate, I just recieved another delay notice from Dell about my order stating that it will not be shipped until the 30th. I was just wondering if you received the same notice?
 
Perhaps they're out of monitors.

I got my 710t from Dell.. Shipped the next day. and got to me in a timely manner.

Man $442 is good.. I got mine for about $500 even.

How long ago was this? Wytchocolate ordered on the 5th and I don't know yet what happened to his order. I ordered on the 9th and got a ship date of the 19th and then delayed again to the 30th. I am just trying to find out how far back on the list I am to receive my monitor.

i ordered my digi cam from dell cuz of the promotion (20% off and then stacked w/ 35 bucks off); it was cheap; dont think i coulda found my camera (DSC-T1) for that price. ETA shipping: 1 month after order date.
