Hey all. I ordered a Coolermaster Wavemaster on 31 Jan, it finally showed up 10 Feb, but it was damaged. I immediately contacted the place I ordered it from, and he initiated the claim through UPS. UPS picked it up the next day, and the place I ordered from AND UPS said the claim could take up to 8 days. Should I be worried? I ordered the case through performance-pcs.com. This is my first time dealing with them, the guy I've been dealing this with has been very nice but 1. I'm out $200 (had them install a window) 2. It's been 17 days since I've placed my order, STILL no case 3. Since performance-pcs initiated the claim, I cannot find out if the claim has bveen processed through UPS. Anyone had to deal with claims like this before? Thanks for letting me vent!
