For some odd reason all of my Direct3D applications decided to stop working. Its really bizzare. They used to work fine, but now the games just minimize, and when I try to test D3D in DxDiag, it says that the test was canceled because I hit a key, but I'm sure I didn't.
 
Did you do something different like update drivers? Try reinstalling DX
